This magnificent piece is approximately 4 1/8 inches long (closed) and comes complete with a Lifetime Warranty. The Blades are Stainless Steel with Schatt & Morgan Tradmark and 1 of 50 etching. The Tang is Stamped with Schatt & Morgan trade mark and Titusville, PA. The Handles are Green Jigged Bone with a Nickel Silver Texas Inlay Shield. The Bolsters are Nickel Silver. In 1895 in Gowanda, NY, John W. Schatt and Charles B. Morgan started producing Schatt & Morgan Cutlery. By 1902, after moving to Titusville, PA, Schatt & Morgan was among the most recognized and sought after collectible knives in the U.S. Schatt & Morgan knives are still made today in part of the original factory, using high quality Cattle Bone. The Schatt & Morgan knives are now owned and produced by Queen Cutlery.
