Standard U.S. Shipping- FREE
Our "Free Shipping, Hassle Free" promotion applies to ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping & handling charges on our website (DeadwoodKnives.com) orders only. We will pay for 100% of ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping and handling charges. And, you will still enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship-Out once your payment has cleared, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience possible.

Priority U.S. Shipping-
U.S. Priority delivery usually arrives within 2-4 days from ship-out. However, we can not guaranteed delivery service performance. We offer Same Day Ship-Out if your payment clears before 4pm EST.

Overnight U.S. Shipping-
U.S. Express Mail is our fastest service, with overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes. (Some remote addresses may take up to 2 days to arrive.) Sunday and holiday delivery may also be available for additional fee, please call for details. You will also enjoy Same Day Ship-Out if your payment clears before 4pm EST. Express shipping includes signature proof of delivery.

International Shipping- 50% Off
We will pay 50% of ALL Standard USPS International shipping and handling charges. And, you will still enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship-Out, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience possible. Shipping Insurance-
Insuring your shipment is encouraged! Shipping insurance will allow for replacement or refund of an item that has been lost or damaged during delivery. In the event of a damaged or lost item during shipment, please notify Deadwood Knives® immediately by emailing your full name, a description of the item and a detailed description of the damage to us, here. Without shipping insurance, damaged or lost items cannot be replaced.

All shipping & handling prices are calculated based on the size and weight. The exact cost of shipping and handling will be shown on the screen before you submit the order. Shipping insurance is recommended... we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, once your package is shipped. If your paying with a personal check, please allow up to seven (7) business days for payment to clear before shipment.

Customers may return items up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, and in its original condition & packaging. Please include your name, phone number, and a brief reason why the item was returned. Upon receiving the product, in acceptable condition, we will replace it or refund your purchase price, minus our cost for shipping and handling (including customs fees for international) as a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return of all unwanted item(s).
